Plan credits are refreshed every month and do not roll over. Pack credits stay usable for 365 days after purchase. Welcome credits do not expire.
The ones that expire soonest. Plan credits for the current month go before pack credits, so nothing you paid for runs out unused while newer credits sit idle.
Credits are held while a song is being made and returned in full if it fails. You are only charged for requests that finish.
Yes, any time from your account. You keep the plan and its credits until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Yes. Packs top up your balance on top of your plan and are used after the current month's plan credits.
